You can donate your vehicle even if it is not in running condition. We will make all the arrangements to pick up your vehicle donation at no cost to you. We can arrange to pick up most vehicle donations anywhere in the continental United States and Hawaii and supply you with the necessary paperwork so you can claim your tax deductible charitable vehicle donation.

Since our organization is classified with the IRS as a non-profit 501(c)3 charitable organization, all vehicle donations may qualify as tax deductible.
The title to the vehicle is most helpful, but if you do not have title papers, please call F.R.E.E. headquarters anyway since other arrangements can be made in most instances at (718) 467-0860.
Yes, we are able to accept most vehicles whether they run or not (exceptions include older vehicles whose value would not offset the cost of towing). However, the condition of your vehicle will affect the fair market value of your donation.
Most vehicles can be picked up throughout the continental US and Hawaii.
We suggest you review IRS Publication 526 which sets forth the manner in which the IRS requires you to determine the value of your donated property. If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader, then click here. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, then click here and select Publ 526. In short, the IRS allows you, the donor, to assess the fair market value of your vehicle. The Kelly Blue Book web site will be helpful in determining the value of your vehicle.
