Oak Park — Friends of Refugees of Eastern Europe will hold a free concert featuring Yiddish and Russian favorites from 7:30 p.m. to dark Wednesday at Charlotte Rothstein Park, behind the Jewish Community Center on 10 Mile. The group, which aids Jewish immigrants from Russia, also plans to offer other entertainment acts, booths portraying Jewish life and a balloon launch.
