The operatic tenor Jan Peerce will appear in a benefit recital on Sunday at 7:30 P.M. in Carnegie Hall, Seventh Avenue and 57th Street.
Accompanied by the pianist Allen Rogers, Mr. Peerce will sing works by Gluck, Mozart, Verdi, Scarlatti, Respighi and others, as well as cantorial and folk songs. Tickets are $6 to $15; proceeds benefit the Friends of Refugees of Eastern Europe, an assistance group that Mr. Peerce heads. Information: 247-7459.
